Got a chance to see all of Portland’s top Internet marketing geniuses gathered together in their annual networking social. Water-balloon fights, wonderful conversation, some awesome drinks provided by @thegrowlerguys, and a charity that deserves attention: Harper’s Playground, because inclusion rocks.

Flat Rock Butte is in the Umatilla Nat’l Forest. We did not pack for those high-altitude temps, unfortunately. Freezing bloody cold for June 22nd, and it really only furthers my respect for this amazing area.That’s the glow from the campfire near the top of the frame.
The River Queen was moored along the banks of the Willamette river in downtown Portland for decades. She’s now moored on the Columbia, in a ghostly sort of way. More information:

The SEMpdx annual Rooftop Party hosted a sweet party yesterday, with a bunch of great minds networking and sharing the latest developments going on in the Internet. Even Portland’s own KGW came out to the Hotel deLuxe to learn more about the sunshinedivision.org charity and SEMPDX rooftop networking party.
I met some really great people and learned quite a bit about where we’re all hoping to go in the world of Internet marketing.
